Job Summary

SUNTEK CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a skilled Insulation Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Select and apply the appropriate type of insulation material
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to the required shape and dimensions
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, and pasting
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Availability for the advertised start date
Work Environment

The Insulation Installation Specialist will work in a fast-paced commercial and residential construction environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
