Job Summary
Clerical Navigators play a vital role in ensuring patients are effectively and efficiently navigated through the cancer care system. As a Clerical Navigator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling referrals, diagnostic investigations, and treatments for referred patients.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule referrals, diagnostic investigations, and treatments for referred patients
- Ensure all information is available to patients and care providers prior to and during visits to the Oncology/Hematology Clinics
- Liaise with clinicians, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure smooth patient navigation

Requirements
- High School Graduation or equivalent required
- Recent related experience in an ambulatory high-volume oncology and/or systemic therapy environment preferred
- Expertise in medical terminology, Plexxus SAP-SRM requisitioning, and Cerner PM reg
