What We Offer

We offer a maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time), an expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour, and a collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists. We also utilize innovative, integrated use of telehealth, centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management.

Requirements and Qualifications

We seek experienced Physician Assistants or Family Nurse Practitioners with North Carolina State License who are committed to practicing mindful medicine and treating patients like people rather than numbers. Our ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience and a strong passion for taking patient care to the next level.
