About the Job

As a Key Account Administrator at Sheridan Nurseries, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our valued clients. Reporting to the Key Account Manager and supporting the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client administrative needs are met and assisting our Key Account Manager to provide our clients with an exceptional experience.

Your Accountabilities:
  • Strive to ensure that each client at Sheridan Nurseries receives a level of service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager with order and inventory management, client profile maintenance in both the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, informing clients on shipping schedules, and order details.
  • Support the Wholesale Sales team and assist with other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Must have completed high school and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Strong customer service skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Friendly and outgoing attitude.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Previous data entry experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Plant knowledge and/or Green Goods Industry experience is an asset.
  • You are punctual and dependable, and highly value honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
