About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Sales Associate to join our team at Giant Tiger in Greenwood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, maintain a clean and organized checkout area, and replenish merchandise as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, including planograms, labels, and signage.
  • Perform cycle counts and ensure compliance with all policies, including those related to tobacco and lottery sales.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the position.

Working Conditions

A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends, with a schedule of 35-40 hours weekly. A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting, as well as performing tasks involving firm grasping and repetitive hand motions.
