Job Title: Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at Seed NanoTech International Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management plans to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for any necessary replacements.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of inventory staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to inventory staff, and review their performance to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure that all inventory is properly labeled and stored.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Anglais.
