We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to stock availability and quality.
  • Develop and implement inventory management procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management and customer service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
