The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in dental hygiene and relevant work experience. Your expertise will include taking dental impressions, instructing patients on oral hygiene, and cleaning and stimulating gums to prevent gum disease.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Work Setting: Dental practice
  • Tasks: Take dental impressions, instruct patients regarding oral hygiene, clean and stimulate the gums to prevent gum disease, apply fluoride treatment, remove stains and deposits from teeth, administer local anesthetics, take, develop and mount X-rays, perform restorative and orthodontic procedures under the direction of a dentist
