About This Role

The Lead Guest Services Team Member is responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. This team member will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. In addition, this team member will be self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coach employees to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Operations: Assist managers with general operations, including maintenance and upkeep of the store.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
