About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. in Boucherville, QC. As a key member of our Corporate Applications IT team, you will be responsible for performing functional analyses, producing documentation, and collaborating with developers to implement change requests and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional analyses to identify business needs and develop recommendations for application improvements.
  • Collaborate with product managers and internal clients to gather requirements and provide functional analysis documentation.
  • Participate in the assessment of development time and resources required for change requests and projects.
  • Assist programmers during the implementation phase and prepare and execute functional and integrated tests.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and monitor application performance.
  • Support the applications support team, including recording and maintaining tickets in ServiceNow.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in computer science or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in system development, including 5 years in application analysis.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS v12 and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP is an asset.
  • Experience in the finance and accounting domain is required.
  • Proficiency in French, spoken and written, is mandatory.
