Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our Manufacturing Department, supporting third shift operations (12:00 am - 8:30 am). The successful candidate will perform hand assembly tasks, inspect assembled boards, and uphold our company's core values.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all responsibilities in areas of hand assembly.
- Perform inspection of assembled boards.
- Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent desired.
- Able to use small hand tools and microscope.
- Must be able to read diagrams/product schematics.
- Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate using the English language.
