Mintu\u0027s Auto Towing Ltd is seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient recovery of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate a tow truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Load and unload vehicles, taking care to ensure their safety and security
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely and effective communication
Requirements:
- Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
- Experience an asset, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
