The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Experience Centre Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to our sales team.
  • Champion guest experience and reconciliation, ensuring seamless interactions with our guests.
  • Track team targets and assist team members in achieving their goals.
  • Encourage the G-wheel across the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Assist with hiring and training new team members and scheduling.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and guest feedback.
  • Maintain internal IT systems, including Sevenrooms, Fareharbour, and Peoplevine.
  • Complete weekly 1on1's with team members, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Proactively liaise with managers on upcoming events and seasonal pricing and menus, communicating with the sales team.
  • Foster strong relationships with GM's, management, and Senior Leadership.
  • Look ahead for future bookings, ensuring all payments are taken and not overbooked.
  • Attend internal meetings, including Sales and Marketing weekly, Rev Meets, and Marketing.
  • Display adaptability and set an example by maintaining a positive outlook in times of change.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Sevenrooms, Fareharbour, and Peoplevine.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
