About the Role

CROWN STUCCO LTD is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Framing and Finishing: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Earthwork and Grading: Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Paving and Raking: Pave and rake asphalt as required.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Salvage and Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 35-hour week.
  • Language: English is the primary language used on site.
