Job Summary

GSDHALIWAL CONSTRUCTION INC is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a smooth and even surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 40 hours per week, with a standard work schedule.
  • English language proficiency.
