About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Intercity. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail managers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and national retail management teams to share best practices and drive consistency across stores.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
