Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc. in the role of Truck Dispatching. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries, maintaining work records and logs, providing customer service, assisting with maintenance of communications equipment, dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders, following-up on issues with work orders, keeping track of shipments, and demonstrating knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.

Requirements
  • You should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Able to work independently and attention to detail is essential.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and ability to work under pressure is necessary.
