About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Expert to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our data governance framework and ensuring its successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our data governance framework, including policies, standards, and processes.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of data governance mechanisms and processes, including the business glossary, metadata management, and data catalog.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data governance principles and best practices, providing guidance and support to projects and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in the strategy and roadmap definition and implementation, leveraging best practices and market benchmarking.
  • Use effective communication and adaptation skills to deliver excellence in data governance.
