Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will analyze learning needs, develop instructional strategies, and create engaging educational content. They will collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions meet business requirements. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will conduct training assessments, develop training curricula, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and development within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring software and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and effectively convey information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare sector, including retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical, and/or hospital settings.
  • Knowledge of Experiential Learning Theory.
