Key Responsibilities- Budget and Inventory Management: Plan and control the budget and inventory of the barbershop, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of barbers and support staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the barbershop, ensuring that we are running efficiently and effectively.
The Barber Shop Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and staff
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player
