Barber Shop Manager

We are seeking a skilled Barber Shop Manager to join our team at Mr. Barber. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our barbershop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Budget and Inventory Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure efficient operations and maximum profitability.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of barbers and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Our barbershop is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
