Job Summary

Tetranex Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Lead to manage electrical, control, and instrumentation projects from inception to completion in our Grande Prairie office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee project management, business development, technical lead/support, and office administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget;
  • Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors for seamless project execution;
  • Maintaining project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed;
  • Serving as a technical resource for various projects within controls & automation, electrical, and/or instrumentation capacity;
  • Providing technical guidance/mentoring to junior resources.
Key Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships;
  • A degree or diploma from a recognized technical institute in one or more of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering/Design, Control Systems Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or comparable industry experience;
  • A minimum of 5 years of related working experience in electrical engineering/design, instrumentation engineering, or control systems engineering;
  • Demonstrated experience in a project management role;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
  • Proven technical competence within the Controls/Automation, Electrical, and/or Instrumentation disciplines backed by solid technical post-secondary training.
