Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will lead the electrical reliability team to ensure seamless operations at TEEMA. As an Electrical Reliability Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and revising equipment criticalities in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

You will also lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and identify corrective actions to address root causes of electrical equipment failures. Additionally, you will refine our mill predictive and preventative maintenance programs, create detailed plans for unique complex jobs, conduct Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and lead small capital reliability improvement projects from start to finish.

Furthermore, you will develop Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) for critical electrical work, serve as the Instrumentation Electrical Precision Maintenance (IEPM) Champion, and liaise with the Capital Engineering team. You must stay up-to-date on predictive technologies to aid in early detection of impending equipment/process failure.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or CET with equivalent combination of demonstrated skill and work experience. Registration with APEGA is preferred. You must possess a strong Electrical aptitude and have experience with PLC/DCS operations and logic.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy industrial maintenance is required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be familiar with computerized maintenance management systems (SAP preferred) and have experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Word. Strong organizational skills are also essential.

This position requires the ability to travel internationally if needed. You must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively and constructively. Good verbal and written English skills are necessary. Estimated salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year.
