About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Support customers in their purchases by offering knowledge of our beer and merchandise selection, as well as our brewery tour experience.
  • Manage customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Complete daily opening and closing duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Alexander Keith's Brewery, promoting our brand and values.

Requirements

  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Well-organized and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of brewing processes is an asset.
