Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
