Gas Bar Supervisor

At Calgary Co-op, we're committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through inspired team members. As a Gas Bar Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and a safe, efficient shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling questions, comments, requests, and complaints in a friendly and proficient manner.
- Operations Management: Plan and perform all aspects of gas bar functions, including stocking, display, and maintenance, to ensure a neat and organized department.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for ordering merchandise and supplies, receiving and verifying invoices, and conducting inventory.
- Staff Supervision: Provide direction and supervision to staff in the gas bar, ensuring daily functions are carried out efficiently and health and safety rules are followed.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Gas Bar Manager with administrative tasks, including performance management, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Grade 12 education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six months of gas bar or equivalent retail experience, with strong product knowledge.
- Basic receiving, ordering, and merchandising skills.
- Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- Must be 18 years of age.
