Job DescriptionThe Application Data Modelling Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation by steering extensive data migration and implementation initiatives throughout the organization.
This involves defining the vision, strategy, architecture, processes, standards, and best practices across domains where data migration and integrations occur.
- Close collaboration with various business lines, IT professionals, and stakeholders to deliver top-tier data solutions aligned with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement frameworks, methodologies, and controls to ensure strict compliance with business standards.
- Lead expertise in data governance tools, cloud computing, and technical architecture.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable, secure, and efficient data pipelines that power data migration and reconciliation.
- Manage, mentor, and cultivate a team of application data modelling specialists and developers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the application data modelling team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data integration, data management, or related roles, with a substantial 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or related areas an asset.
