About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Clinician to join our team at CarePartners in Waterloo (Columbia). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing services to our patients in a fully equipped nursing clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services.
- Provide a wide range of nursing services, including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, and wound care.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Perform other clinical duties as required.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma.
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing.
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- CPR Certification.
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test.
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check.
