Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Parts Inspector to join our team at Quest-Tech Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our machine parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of precision measurement and quality control principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
