About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MAD GREEK LTD. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our customers, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have everything we need to operate efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
