Paving Crews Specialist

As a member of our paving crew, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Paving: Lead hand, Break Down Roller Operator, Finish Roller Operator, Paver Operator, Rakerman, Screed Operator, Skid Steer Operator, Tack Truck Operator
  • Various: Labourer, Flagger, Water Truck Driver

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid driver's license (class 5)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient English language skills
