Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Financial Services Professional to join our team in Mississauga, ON.


About the Role:


This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work as an Everyday Banking Advisor, providing exceptional client service and support to clients in both English and French.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to inbound calls from clients in French and English, addressing everyday banking inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team results and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Educate and assist clients with digital capabilities, ensuring they have the necessary tools to manage their financial needs effectively.
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.

Requirements:



  • F luency in English and French (reading and verbal) is essential, with testing administered to assess language skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in call centre or phone-based customer service, handling high volumes of calls (40+ per day).
  • Flexibility to work shift work, including weekends, and ability to adapt to a hybrid schedule (1 day in office per week).
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships, preferably in the financial or service industry, while working independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work independently, with proven time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional client service capability and confidence in engaging clients across multiple channels (phone, video, etc.) using a friendly, positive, and professional tone.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) with above-average keyboarding skills, internet, computer navigation, and strong multitasking ability.
  • An interest in mobile and digital devices with the ability to help clients navigate through self-serve applications.

Compensation:


The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
