Job Title: Window Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at Strasser & Lang. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including windows and doors, as well as repairing and servicing existing products.

Work Environment

As a Window Installation Specialist, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often at heights. You will be required to load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including windows and doors
  • Repair and service existing exterior prefabricated products
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
