About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at THERESE HOFFMAN DOMESTIC WORKER. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to promote healthy eating habits
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

Our Home Health Care Worker will work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. This is not a condition of employment.

What We Offer
