About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at VIVO LIQUOR #110 INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop the skills of our sales staff, providing coaching and training to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexibility, reliability, team player
