About the Role

As a visionary leader at Intact Financial Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Leadership Team to drive cross-functional synergy, strategic decision-making, and relentless problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.
  • Provide executive-level advice and guidance to senior leaders, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration and effective communication.
  • Lead annual planning, organizational performance metrics, executive reporting, and internal communications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor the external landscape to identify key industry, consumer, and technology trends, and perform in-depth market research and analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Craft clear and concise summaries of key insights for use in quarterly results, CEO's fireside chats, board meetings, social media updates, and annual reports.
  • Oversee the entire presentation design process from creation to delivery, primarily using MS PowerPoint, while collaborating closely with Marketing VPs, SVP, and various stakeholders to develop and refine executive presentations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business/administration, marketing, design, strategy planning, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of robust experience in a corporate environment, ideally demonstrating a track record of effective collaboration with a range of stakeholders and leading key initiatives in partnership with senior executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to collect, interpret, and distill complex information into compelling narratives to engage and inform executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in rewording complex ideas and prioritizing information.
  • Passionate about driving innovation.
  • Keen eye for great design and strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
