About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team at Tiptop Foods Kitchen & Meat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meats meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim meats according to customer specifications
  • Prepare standard cuts of meat for sale
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution
  • Train junior staff members on cutting techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in meat cutting industry
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with commercial meat cutting equipment
Working Conditions
  • Work in a cold storage facility with exposure to temperatures below 40°F
  • May require lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Salary Information
