The Role

As a Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Retail Technology, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow. Your expertise will be crucial in translating business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of technology solutions that meet business needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Retail technology solutions.
  • Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Retail technology solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven skills and experience in Retail applications and systems, including POS and Order Management.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Sprint product management.
  • Business Analysis and/or Business Systems Analysis experience.
  • Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve business problems.
  • Experience working with internal and external development teams.
  • Experience working with internal Business partners on backlog prioritization.
  • Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners.
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
  • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value at all times.

Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
