**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting clinical assessments, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including medication management and procedural skills
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in primary care

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse in a relevant area
  • Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree
  • Registered/eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)
