Job Title: Business Services Officer

AMAZING BAKERY is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
What We Offer:
