Job Title: Head Custodian

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Custodian to join our team at Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and lifting.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
