Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a loyal clientele through personalized sales and holistic selling techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and menswear styles to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized shopping environment.
  • Utilize technology to support customer service and drive sales, including the Club Harry Loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong passion for fashion and menswear, with a desire to stay current on the latest trends and styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, including loyalty programs and sales tracking systems.
