About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Mattel's headquarters. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our employees, guests, products, and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce Mattel's security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our campus.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the campus to monitor for security and facilities-related concerns.
  • Monitor the access control system, CCTV system, and other security equipment to ensure the security of our campus.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Mattel employees, vendors, and visitors on property.
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents, and complete incident reports as necessary.
  • Participate in monthly safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements
  • One+ years of security, asset protection, loss prevention, law enforcement, or military experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and security guard license required.
  • First aid, CPR, and blood-borne pathogens certification required.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
