We are seeking a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic Helper to join our team at Iron Dog Mechanical Systems Inc. As a key member of our team, you will assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers in various tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers with tasks as directed
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
You will work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions. The work environment may be noisy, dusty, cold, hot, and wet/damp.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
- Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
The primary language of work is English.
Work ScheduleThe work schedule is 30 to 40 hours per week.
