Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Laborer to assist in the loading, transportation, and installation of construction materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
- Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding.
- Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets as required.
Work Details
- This is a permanent position with regular working hours.
- The primary language spoken at work is English.
- The expected working hours are approximately 35-40 hours per week.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
