We are seeking a seasoned digital product manager to lead our team in defining and accomplishing our roadmap. As a Manager, Digital Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team spanning design, engineering, and product roles.
- Define the product plan to match the company's objectives.
- Build a network across the organization to facilitate product roadmap, coordinate deliverables and sequence dependencies.
- Develop and maintain projects plans, identify deadlines, estimate costs, and oversee the organization and optimal assignation of talent.
- Lead recruitment, mentoring, 1:1s, performance reviews, and individual career and development planning.
- Help define how to best reach the company's objectives.
- Anticipate and manage problems and take necessary actions to resolve them, proactively remove any impediments.
- Ensure the Digital Product team has the right tools and independence to perform experiments and track its success.
- 5+ years managing teams.
- 10+ years relevant experience including 3+ years in project management related to self-service digital products.
- Experienced with agile Scrum development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, enjoy presenting to executives.
- Demonstrated initiative, negotiating and coaching skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Bilingualism (French / English).
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
