Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the food and beverage outlet with the utmost regard for rules, regulations, and operational guidelines while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clears tables or counters as soon as they are vacated, removes used dishes, glasses, cutlery, linen, and paper products, and disposes of them according to outlet operational guidelines.
  • Table Maintenance: Cleans tables and counters according to outlet operational guidelines.
  • General Maintenance: Assists in the overall maintenance of food and beverage areas, including floors, walls, windows, etc.
  • Support to Servers: Assists servers in replenishing coffee carts (if applicable).
  • Stock Management: Assists with restocking as required and maintains a clean and tidy stock area.
  • Minimizing Breakage: Minimizes breakage by properly filling bus pans.
  • Recycling: Collects recyclables for removal.
  • Guest Service: Provides guests with additional items as requested.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Performs opening and closing duties as required.
  • Food Delivery: Runs food to guests as requested.
  • Spill Response: Cleans spills as they occur.
  • Communication: Liaises and communicates effectively with all operational departments.
  • Relationship Building: Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, and team members.
  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months work experience.
  • POS Experience: POS experience.
  • Gaming License: Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication.
Work Environment
  • Work Environment: Regular restaurant environment, standing or walking for long periods of time.
