About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Field Service Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' mobility devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair custom mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and elevating equipment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by building trusting relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Travel to clients' homes and facilities to provide service and support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role and exposure to using diagnostic tools and electronic equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel to client sites occasionally.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients' needs.
