About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Specialist to join our team at AK Buttar Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Prepare detailed layouts and plans in accordance with building codes and regulations, utilizing measuring tools and equipment.
  • Carpentry and Construction: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials, to construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Installation and Finishing: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Site Management and Supervision: Schedule and coordinate work on sites, supervise other workers, and ensure efficient project progress.
  • Estimation and Cost Control: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
