Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Culinary Expertise: Develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Operations: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
